Step By Step Breakdown:
- Prep the nails and shape them into long coffin extensions with straight sidewalls and squared tips.
- Apply two thin coats of milky white polish and cure completely.
- Using a fine detail brush, paint small hot-pink hearts around the free edge of each nail.
- Vary the size and direction of the hearts to create the scattered confetti appearance.
- Add tiny pink dots between the hearts using a small dotting tool.
- Concentrate most of the artwork near the tips while allowing a few hearts and dots to extend farther toward the center.
